Don’t know if this will help, and don’t know if you have the app version or the controller version, but both the first time slot and the last (8th) have to have all channels at zero. If you don’t, you can run into situations like this (again, not sure if this will help, but I had something similar happen when I first set mine up. If not, they’re pretty good with honoring the warranty, they post here pretty regularly. @noopsyche ?hi all. Sent you A PMthanks for the reaction. at the moment I have night, 23:56, white and all channels should be 0%. if I manually set all channels to 0, and set any value on channel A (white), the brightness does not change, barely visible light of several white diodes.
