hi all. I have been using a k2 lamp in my aquarium for a year, and I was pleased with the purchase of k3. mode set lps, no change in power, at night the light is off. a week has passed and the channel A (white) is always on, barely visible, does not respond to the remote control (0-100%), it seems to shine at 5%. what should I do? Is it possible to buy a repair kit?

Don’t know if this will help, and don’t know if you have the app version or the controller version, but both the first time slot and the last (8th) have to have all channels at zero. If you don’t, you can run into situations like this (again, not sure if this will help, but I had something similar happen when I first set mine up. If not, they’re pretty good with honoring the warranty, they post here pretty regularly. @noopsyche ?

thanks for the reaction. at the moment I have night, 23:56, white and all channels should be 0%. if I manually set all channels to 0, and set any value on channel A (white), the brightness does not change, barely visible light of several white diodes.

I have been using 2 k2 on my aquarium for over a year and I understand how to set up the schedule in the remote
