What types of foods are you feeding it? IME it is not uncommon for tank raised clownfish to not eat or eat well at first. Either shipping stress or not getting the food it is used to. I always have on hand a few varieties of pellet foods TDO, Golden pears, Kikari, etc. Plus always the trusty brine shrimp eggs to hatch.

I switch up between flake food, mashed up frozen food, and was trying pellets. They both went through 3 day period of not eating. Then both started eating and looked healthy. I've not seen the larger one eat now in 8 days. Smaller one eats every feeding until it's full.

Can you put the larger one in an isolation box and watch it more closely?

I had a period where my 2 clowns would flat out refuse to eat anything I put in the tank, for basically 2 full weeks, until I figured out what they were wanting. When I first got my clowns, they ate just about anything. Then, at one point I had ordered copepods to put in the tank and had put them in just before the lights went out. The clownfish had already gone to their corner and were clearly "winding down" and about to sleep, so I figured it was safe to put the copepods in the tank so that they could find a safe place within the rockwork. Well I was wrong - as soon as I put them in the tank, the clowns went nuts trying to eat them. I didn't realize until a while later that that was the point where they stopped eating anything else. It wasn't until I tried feeding PE Calanus, which is basically frozen pods, that they were eager to eat again. That's also when I realized that they had gotten a taste of copepods and didnt want anything else. I was able to start mixing in my usual frozen food with the PE Calanus little by little to get them eating everything else again.

Strange. As Jay said that clown acts completely normal and has that clown fish "wiggle" that is usually not there if something is wrong with them.

I'd try maybe some freshly hatched brine shrimp and turn the water flow off while you feed it. I've got a few tank raised clownfish pairs now that all didn't eat much if at all in the beginning but they all eventually came around with various pellet food, until they could eat mysis and other foods.

I’ve done 3 days/doses of rally pro. The hazy spots that only I see are getting better. Big clown appears to be feeling better and more dominant. Still opening mouth very wide ever so often like a yawn.

Im leaning towards not dosing tonight, doing a water change tomorrow and see what happens.

Large clown has started to eat some not as much as small one but eating. Hazy whitish patches appear to be getting bettter. Keep fingers crossed that this trend continues.
