Haven't updated in a while.

I recently upgraded my IM 20G to a Reefer 250. So my 20G Max Nano is now my QT.

Cool artwork were Christmas presents from my daughter and wife!

I also added a ReefWave45 on front side of peninsula. Corals seems to like it more vs Vortech blasting from other side.

Another note, I noticed corals seem much happier at 77.2 - 77.8 degrees fahrenheit vs 78.2-78.8.

I decided Zeovit wasn't for me as I could keep a consistent dosing schedule. So I modified the ATO that came with Reefer 650 to a refugium since I'm using an IM 15G ATO for both Reefer 250 & 650. Drilled two holes for bulkheads, blacked out the sides and bottom, 20lbs of miracle mud powered by AI Refugium.

It's been a couple months, the cheato started a golf ball size.

I went a little crazy with the Reefer 250 but both tanks are being controlled by same Apex. :D

how was drilling the ATO? its pretty think glass.
I have thought about doing the same...maybe for a frag tank?
It wasn’t too bad, took a few mins for each hole using a diamond bit and cordless drill. Just have to hold it steady at slight angle initially and use some water to keep glass cool.
