Seller should have mentioned that there was seepage from the tank bulkhead. Completely smothered in FlexSeal and currently leaking right after getting home and testing! I wouldn’t exactly say it’s ready to connect and fill. Can I bring this back to you and get my money back considering it’s leaking and not even functioning properly.

It’s not shady of me at all I bought this tank from you sir and it’s smothered in Flex Seal. I have every single email saved and not once did you mention the FlexSeal or the previous seepage as you describe it. I was out of town and did not come to pick up myself so my father did and when he came you mentioned it briefly and he had no clue what you were talking about. I will attach a photo of the slop job that was done on the Bulkhead area. The FlexSeal was already soggy with moisture I tried my best to keep it from dripping a lot. You have the audacity to sit here and say that my behavior is uncalled for and I’m the one who now has a tank that will sit completely empty in my living room during the Holiday etc. I will have to take this to a professional and have them fix it for me I’m sure that it will cost me plenty of money in repairs before it’s actually up and running not to mention the tank is absolutely filthy actually stinking up my house with the smell!

My dad was only there to pick it up for me he knows nothing a snail is no big deal. I bought this I’m dealing with it so please stop communicating with my father he knows nothing about Aquariums. Like I said this tank leaks and the seller refuses to give me any sort of refund and is telling me that he has reported me on here because I’m unhappy with this unusable fish tank!

My dad was just involved in the Pick Up I don’t know why you’re even communicating with him. He knows nothing about aquariums and mentioned a snail because he has no knowledge. I don’t care about the snail what I care about is that the tank has a leaking bulkhead and you have Refused to Refund me any of the money $1050 that was given to you last night.
