Nice. Time to frag that up a little don't you think? ;)
Thanks…Won’t be long …lol. I’m very happy with the progress. Even with a accidental par change for a week. Turned my t5s on and my radions down. Or so I thought. Lost two new frags I only had a week. Decided to get the par meter back out. 450 par on frags … oops. Luckily I didn’t lose anything else.

I find T5 light to be extremely forgiving. That said, jacking up PAR by 100 in a day can be trouble for sure. Glad your Bonfire pulled through. Just snapped an August pic... coming up!

May be stalling a bit now... still just short of a double since April. Three weeks (I think) clear of AEFW, so now that I can back off the dipping regimen the piece will get back into "Launch Mode". Never lost any color though. Just packed on a few pounds around the middle which I hear happens when you come off the roids. @IslandLifeReef reported me to the Rules Committee so my frag has to submit to mandatory monthly blood and urine testing now.

August: Angle of the photo is a little off but you get the idea.

Looks great! Nice and thick. Hopefully you beat the worms.

Thank you. This is the second time I have "beat" the worms so my expectations are rather modest honestly.

I can't say I have them completely figured out yet, but I am MUCH more aware of which acros they favor. They are very picky worms.

You’re welcome. It’s always the next challenge in this hobby I swear. Keep us posted.

Bonfire is slow burning, but seems to be encrusting and starting more branches than last month. Moving into a house next weekend! Only a few miles down the road. But I have a solid plan in place for moving the tank and the inhabitants.
Wish me luck!

August 21st entry: under blues, under whites, and top down in the moonlight!

Still in but barely. Most likely in last place now. Used some carbon, stripped nutrients and had some recession. Add in a 4 degree swing while I was away and this thing is still kicking and looking like it’s recovering. Just keeping it super simple now and new stuff has

Yes that is a half dead Birdsnest in the background from the temp swing…… good thing Adam had his sell today :)

I'm pretty sure we're all in last place for another 7 8 months lol, a year is a long time and we'll all have something happen...like me staring at my tank with the moonlights on as my volleyball sized anenome is now 3...and one of the clones is creeping right up towards my rock with a bunch of corals including the bonfire...Temp swings have happened to me before(12 degrees) and slowly raised back up and now noone would be the wiser, I wish you good reefing karma that it'll be ok

It's an everyday battle for me to keep my anemone away from my acros. I really don't want to pull my entire rock out to get it.

August Entry:

Starting to see some new branches and encrusting a lot up to my tank glass! Had an alk swing when I was out of town (seems like bad things always happen when you are gone lol). Still looks great though :)
