Watching Danny's aquariums and other YouTubers, I cant seem to figure out how they keep their tanks algae free and sand pristinely white, while im over here with algae, and a dirty sand...
so, what are their secrets?
what can WE do to make out tanks look like theirs?
I want your thoughts!!!
thanks,
Stewy :D

I've never been able to keep sand looking clean so I gave up and went bare bottom.
Man, I hear ya. I tried that then hated it, ended up using a local feldspar sand that has a heavy particulate about a 3 mm particle size. It doesn't blow around as much as the fine stuff.

Looks like this.
