I found a bottle of Dr Tim’s One and Only that I apparently bought and didn’t use, when I was initially setting up my tank 5 months ago. Is it okay to add it to my tank now or will it serve no purpose? Additionally, if it is okay to add it, will it be fine to add to my tank with coral, anemones, snails, hermit crabs and fish in the tank?

If things are stable you may get some cloudy water due to bacteria bloom, I used another product, it lasted about 6/7 days then all was clear again as things balanced out.
