After searching in here for 3+ hours to identify this, it's time for my 1st post in hopes you can help me figure out what it is :)

AIO 28g nano is 2 months cycled, live rock, 2 clown fish, cleaner shrimp currently.

Showed itself 4 days ago...
Olive Green color, about 1.5" seems to have grown spike looking pieces off main body which I've seen a few pieces of sand on them.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

So the green thing is actually an animal and not just some sort of algae?

Looks like something I would just pluck off with a tweezers and hope it doesn't show back up.

Just snagged another pic! Looks like it has an open tube appearance. Base of it goes further under rock than I thought! Still holding a few pieces of sand on its 'branches'.
