Possibly Xenia umbellata? Mine looked like that when it was floating upside down at the LFS after shipping.

Boy was I excited when I saw that....long time ago, but that type didn't grow as weedy as X. elongata which is more brown.

I'd give it a 5 rating which is all I would buy it for $5 american :) .
