On-demand automatic fish feeder for balance diet - anyone?
Fish would knock on a rod of something and dried food will drop off from above. That way they are well fed and we don't have to waste food and there is no schedule to set, no battery to change. It should be a one less thing to maintain if it is done right (except those fish that u have to manually feed them.)

Something like this:
On-demand Fish Feed home made
or this:
Pendulum on demand feeder for carps 2

Just an idea for now. I wonder if anyone has done it (and make it look good) .
Any comment would be appreciated.

I wonder how economical that would be or if the fish would constantly bump it and waste food.
My eheim auto feeder works great on the other hand. Would be a neat project though.

Would they bump it if they are full and don't need food?
