I have a three headed frogspawn and for the past week one head has been shrivelled up to the point where 80% of the skeleton is showing and only tiny tentacles are seen. The other two are fine. The water parameters are: Salinity-1.025 alk-8.5 nitrate-0
One possible theory I have is that it’s been stung by a bubble coral.

anyone have any suggestions as to how I may proceed or a diagnosis? Thanks in advanced.

Well, that's certainly a possibility. I'd just keep an eye on it, and also make sure the good head doesn't show any signs of stress/injuries.

some times with LPS corals if your nitrates are low the coral can not get the nutrients it needs. but i do not think that is a problem it looks more like something is irritating that one head like a best or Bactria disease. i would dip it in Furan2 by API.
hope you figure it out!!
