One single white spot...

Hey everyone, so I have a question. I've had fish with ich before, I think everyone has. However, I noticed today that one of my cardinals had one single white spot... in the past when one of my fish had ich it was usually many white spots all over the body, not just one spot. He is swimming fine, and eating fine... no signs of any stress. So I was wondering if it was ich, or amyloodinium or just a scar. I tried to get a good pic, so any input would be great.

It seems just a bit too large to be ich, but it is within a possible size range, especially if the cardinal fish is small, making the spot seem larger (grin).
Ich does, at some point have to start with a single trophont spot. I would just watch it. If new spots show up, then start considering it to be ich. If this spot is still there after 36 hours, it probably isn’t ich. Now - if it isn’t ich, what is it then? Probably just a bumped scale. If it doesn’t grow in size it won’t need treatment.
