I always wait... just in case... Have to see how the sale is going and whether it is truly a sale... seen many of these (not from this vendor) where their prices are nothing special.... I usually just buy my shipping module on a separate order AFTER I place my first order... yes I might miss the earlier dates for delivery, but I'm in no rush...
