I contacted Matt about a slight issue with my lid I had purchased from him for my Waterbox 220. Matt took the feedback and changed a few things on the lid. He sent me an entirely new lid for the trouble. He wouldn't even let me pay shipping.
Hopefully if anyone ever has any need for a lid on their tank they can appreciate this level of customer service!
