I think part of the reason you're not getting any answer - is that there are multiple products that start or contain P4. Can you be more specific?
I might try to contact customer support. I was going to say reset the unit - but that erases everything. I assume you've tried the usual - plugging/unplugging, making sure cables re ok, etc.Yes it does, that's the problem it's selecting options on its own. I've managed to stop the all from working and can do what I need from the laptop but it'd be nice to stop it
