Pajama cardinal acting weird

About to do a water change and I tested my phosphates and nitrates they were decently high and 2 of my pajamas are laying next to a rock and I can’t really see them. Anybody else experienced this?

Very not normal, the Cardinal never lies down.

Yeah there are acting normal now I did a water change. They are just swimming normally now. everything is good
