Does anyone know what par increase I can expect from adding a Orphek blue light bar to my lighting setup?

Is this from a single bar?I got about 100 par from mine 10 inch below the surface and about 10 inches off the water line.
Should be. Each bar gives around 100-150.Is this from a single bar?
Where can I find this infoShould be. Each bar gives around 100-150.
How many you think to get 250/350 par ? Probably 2 or 3 for a better spread? I see tanks online with like 8 or 9 and that seems like it’s doing too much haha. I know this hobby isn’t cheap by any means but some people seem like they make it overly expensive, some of us have kids to feed and bills to pay they need a section on here for regular peopleI got about 100-150 from each bar with my par meter. I wouldnt use it to light sps![]()
Depends on what you're lighting. Thing is, they aren't dimmable. The new or4 is. That's why they came out with a line up of lights as those are more suitable for tank lighting, the bars really aren't, just for adding color. How many you think to get 250/350 par ? If you're looking for an economical solution, check our reefbreeders or one of the Chinese lights out now (they look just like radions)
