Do anyone know about this fish got it at the fish store and can't find much information online about the fish

I asked the shop and he didn't say much about the fish I ask is it reef and fish safe

It's not surprising that the LFS didn't know anything about the fish. Hopefully someone on here will be familiar with this species.
