I was looking at my mushroom last night and noticed this little thing moving. Now I see a few at the edge of the mushroom. Is this a flatworm? Or some tenticle of the coral?

Looks like mesenterial filaments. Part of the mushroom’s digestive system, they can expel parts of it through any of the pores on the surface of the mushroom.

Yeah I think you are right. I'm seeing much more of it today.... Bad thing? Something about it expelling it's guts out doesn't sound good.
