Attached are a few pests I’ve discovered in my reef. Could anyone help me identify them? Also, should I be concerned. Long worms are in sand bed. White pest is on inside of my sump glass. Several of different sizes. Thanks in advance!

You’ve got pods! (AlgaeBarn licensed that probably...) That’s the bottom one at least. Leave ‘em. Difficult to make out the other two, so would need better description or photos. Also, try to keep anything you pull out in a holding container until you ID. Some of the things you find are beneficial and a vital part of the tank’s ecosystem, so you want them alive! Also makes them easier to ID, for me.

First pic looks like a spaghetti worm, beneficial filter feeder. Second pic, agree it's hard to tell. Could be a pest anemone but more likely it's a clear-white sponge, also beneficial.
