Does anyone know what these are?

They are sorta maroon with blue highlights in the center that floures under blue light.

I never noticed them before and don't seam to be spreading but would love to know what they. Currently they are on one rock that can easily be removed and cleaned.

I like finding new things in my tank and although I do like them if they are going to spread and inhibit coral growth or coraline algea spread they have to go

They won't reattach elsewhere like xenia or release spores or eggs? I've taken a toothbrush to xenia and although I tried catching all the pieces I missed some and they reattached and grew where they landed
