Hi guys, here the parameters, tank is a small 10g net started in august, a couple of LPS, about 10 soft, 2 ocellaris, 1 amboniensis, 10 snails, 2 BTA (recently splitted), coralline started growing about a month ago nice and all over the place. I am using tropic marine balling (3 part + the 3 oligo) but i use soda ash (randy recipe) instead of bicarbonate. WC done every 2 weeks (last one done 24/01).

First, yesterday i have read that if i use soda ash i should double the quantity of part C...is it right?

At the moment i am dosing daily 0.48DKH, 4.16ppm of calcium, and 20ml of part C (following what seller told me i should dose 32ml part C)

PH now is stable around 8.3 but ALK is dropping since the 22/01 that i readjusted the dose. I should up more the ALK dosage? I should switch to bicarbonate since my ph is stable at 8.3?

Test are done with hanna checker for po4 and alk (tried with old and new reagent), hanna pen for PH, refractometer and the rest with
