I've tried calibrating my PH probe with Temperature Compensation enabled and disabled. Both ways I get the same result you see in my screen-shot: PH goes up temporarily when the chiller drops the temp. When the chiller turns off, PH goes back to about where it was before.

Does this happen for anybody else?

That looks like electrical interference. Try cycling it on/off a few times manually. And note that the pH probably “switches” by the same amount each time.
