Well......... it’s 3 days in and I haven’t killed them

Starting also, do you need to add fertilizer everytime you take some phyto out?
Typically you would split your cultures. Some you would refrigerate, and the rest you would start new cultures. You would add the fertilizer to the new culture to get the algae to reproduce.

Perfect.how much fert. Do you usually add, the same that you did the first time?

What salinity do you keep it at? Also when you the culture out for using, you just need to fill up what you take out and add fertilizer in right?
