So I just picked this GORGEOUS pintail fairy and I’m curious what is the average going price for these? Just curious if I got a good deal. I paid $80

I paid $350 years ago when they were first available in rather limited numbers.
Pricing is always relative with any species.

I pain 60.00 for one and a friend gave me another one. He ordered from a wholesaler and got several Pintail instead of the wrasse he ordered. Too many Pintail wrasse for his tank. :(

I thought so at first but it lacks the short black line on the dorsal fin. Maybe an opposite sex?
It's there - just not the best lighting in stressed conditions.
