Please can you help me identify this coral?

Can some help me identify this coral. It's getting out of hand I need to trim it back. What's the best way of cutting it back and sticking it to frags.

Also does anyone know what it's called?

Some kind of finger leather maybe. If so it’s hard to stick them to frag plugs since they need to attach themselves to rock. I can’t remember the name of these things but they work great to hold pieces in place. Got them on Amazon. Saw them in vivid when I was shopping there since they use them. I just use scissors and cut. Run some carbon since leathers do emit some toxins when you cut them. I can’t tell for sure from the pic but looks something like this at least
