Bacteria and fungus are present from likely a viral issue associated with water quality. Water change is first recourse and freshwater dip should help. Melafix will help this heal up. The fish is somewhat thin and eyes semi-sunken.
Feed at minimum:
Mysis shrimp
Small plankton
LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen

Add selcon vitamins and garlic to foods 2x per week
