Please help. polyp problems in corals

Good afternoon everyone.
help me figure out what's going on with my corals.
My sps does not allow polyps. I buy coral and two days later it hides all the polyps. if the coral is in the shade, then there are a few polyps. I sin in the world, I have it homemade. maybe someone understands how to set it up correctly. or whatever it could be.
corals don't die, but no polyps either. at all. what can influence

How are your water parameters, are they stable? Maybe they need time to adjust to your tank
