Not sure if fighting has occurred resulting in injury but sounds like a bacterial infection is in effect
You will need to set up a quarantine tank andctrest asap with seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2 for at least 5 days
Is the one with facial wound eating?
How is breathing rate/ normal or labored?

I would wonder about a stinging/injury - now with a significant! bacterial infection. Agree with a broad spectrum antibiotic focused on Gram negatives - it almost looks lie a vibrio type infection - and can progress quite quickly.

PS - do you have any other potential hitchhikers/bullying fish/mantis shrimp, etc etc - that could have started this out?

She was definitely off her food. We got her into a quarantine tank but she only lasted a couple of hours. Thanks for the advice
