just got this zoa rock and didn't notice until i got it in my display tank but it has all these green dots on it. if they were red, i would say they were flatworms. bubble algae in the infant stage maybe? any help on this? I manually removed as much as I could and put back. now i'm thinking should I just chuck the whole rock? don't want to infect my display tank, but like many others, I have no where to isolate...

until what opens up? the zoanthids? I don't think the green specs or whatever they are , are going to open up. do you? are they a pest? an algae? will they spread?
