I’m new here! Absolutely loving all the tank pics with euphilias!! They’re one of my favorites. I just added my first Branching hammer to our tank a couple weeks ago but it’s not looking good. I really want a euphilia garden along the arch where I put it (middle of tank) but fearing that won’t be a good spot for it. With our Red Sea LEDs.

Wondering what everyone’s flow and light par is near the hammers in these gorgeous tanks? Currently ours is in what appears to be medium flow and I just turned down the lights after finally getting a par meter last night and realizing it was baking between 180-200 but can’t seem adjust the lights down enough to get that spot below 150 par without also bringing the highest points in the tank under 200 (eventually those spots are supposed to be for sps).

I certainly don't have a "euphyllia garden" per say, but I have a few euphyllia throughout my tank. 2 torches, 2 hammers and one frogspawn. (I know, only torches are Euphyllia now!) my torches seem to grow the fastest in my tank. All of my euphyllia were purchases as single head frags.

Beautiful tank! What kind of lights do you have?

Here’s an updated pic of my euphyllia garden from a little while back:

And here it is today….I’ve had a bit of a problem with coral warfare, combined with some brown jelly. So, my garden still exists, although it is now in the quarantine tank. A slow recovery, but so far a decent one!

Had a nice but small “garden” in my 30, unfortunately lost a few in a move to larger tank, but still 4 torches small and large frogspawn and a hammer presently, with a new torch coming shortly. First the old tank and then the new.

Prescape. Whole right side of my tank was Euphyllia before I went sps only.

Post rescape I still had a few in the main display. I moved most of them to a second reefer 650 I had. I took the tank down fairly quickly.
