Remember: The whole thing is only as good as the 'ink jet printer' that printed the reference card at the factory in the first place. Junk-in, junk-out.

that would only come from very accurate machines using a colorimeter (hanna uses one i think but not lab grade accuracy). Photos are terrible at capturing color, especially with reflections off the different materials

There is a phone app called Color Grab that some people use. Aquarium Note also has a tool to compare colors.

to be honest, it doesn't really matter. keep your nitrate in this range and they'll never be an issue.
