So i recently purchased a 125 gallon tank, used. In the process of resealing and redoing the stand. But i always wanted a fuge, mainly for pods for my mandarin, but i currently dont have the possibility with my current set up.

I will be taking my 3 chamber 40 gallon tsunami sump and adding it onto my new system. I have the water inlet with sump socks, chamber two is UV light and skimmer and chamber 3 is return pump.

I have an extra 10 gallon i want to add in and use as my fuge (can portion it off if needed), but not sure the best way to plumb it. The over flow from the tank as two water outlets, the water inlet back into to the tank has on inlet.

And advice or help would be very much appreciated

Just have part of your return line split off with potentially a ball valve to direct some of the water flow into the refugium and then drill two holes and connect the refugium to the return chamber with uniseals

I have this set up with two sumps, one set of drains go into each sump. Return is in the main big sump, they're both drilled on the side with a bulkhead and pipe between.
I had to add another big pice of soft line as a permanent siphon between the two to keep the levels the same and during normal running the sump that doesent have the return still runs a little higher than the other.
It took some dialing in but been running this way for almost 3 years.

I am also trying to complete the same type of setup! I want my skimmer and refugium separately feeding the return pump. My plan is as follows.

I am taking a 60g breeder. Got a marine biosystems baffle kit with extra adjustable baffle. I am plumbing each corner over flow each corner of the 60g. Left side will be 3 socks and skimmer baffled Into the return pump. Right side drains straight into refugium. This baffles into return in the middle. We will see how it works!

That a good plan. I've seen people do that before.
