This fish have been in my qt for 45 day . Today its have a damged looks very similar to a wound caused by fighting or hitting a sharp object in the tank ? . I want to carefully check whether it is a normal injury or caused by Uronema disease. If it’s a normal injury, do I need to treat it?

Hard to tell from short video but at one point - looks to be uronema. Need lengthier video with angles. I answered other thread and you need to treat fish than to hunt around for two days losing valuable treatment time

Formalin bath 40min right ?

In the first video, I can see a diagonal line in the scales, it is pretty faint, but that is how uronema lesions can grow. They follow the line of scales/muscles.

Formalin does not work for internal Uronema, it only works on external Uronema, and that is mostly seen in seahorses.

I have never found a cure for internal Uronema once it creates skin lesions.
