Purchased a PMUP V2 with Power Supply to move some water, and the first 10 minutes it was working great and now it won't even turn on. I tried switching different outlets but still nothing.

Before you ask, it was not running dry, it was fully submerged at the bottom of my brute trashcan.

Any idea?

Is the power supply plugged into a normal wall outlet, or plugged into an EnergyBar output?

If you have a multimeter, check if the power adapter is delivering 24v.
I unfortunately do not. However, I tried it last night by unplugging and plugging, it seems like the pump is the issue cause it seems to want to push water but can't seem to.

Have you tried disassembling the PMUP to see if the impeller is stuck? It's very easy to take apart:

Here's my last idea for you. Sometimes air can get trapped inside the PMUP, preventing it from moving water. Shake it underwater to see if any bubbles come out and then try it again.

If that doesn't work, contact Neptune Support.
