I would try Blue Life Phosphate Rx, has worked great for me.
Blue Life Phosphate RX is Lanthanum chloride, so I would be careful using it.
Interesting that it is Veterinarian approved, not sure what that means.

But still same potential issues:

There are other options of Lanthanum that do not cost as much, this is really pricey option where I live especially since there is DIY recipe available as well.
