Pods or pests?

I have been looking at my tank at night and the last two nights I used my phone light.

All over the rock there looks like small bugs with antennas. I have added tigger pods multiple times to the tank

but these are much bigger and they appear longer. it’s definitely a ‘bug’ and not work shaped.

I don’t see them on the coral, just mostly live rock. There are soooo many.

I hope they are pods and not some other critter that isn’t good for my tank!!

id take a pic but they’re too small to zoom in on.

Any ideas????

Copepods or amphipods (however they are spelled) they are fine. Look like lice. If you can get a pic great but I believe it's what you are talking about.

They are crawling around on my rock work. They don’t crawl on the glass and they aren’t free floating. They aren’t as small as the tigger pods I’ve bought in the past. They are everywhere...I can count at least a dozen in a 3x3 inch space of rock
