Possible ich on clownfish

Yesterday night I saw a white spot/bump on my clownfish but I couldn’t really see it but when I woke up I could see it way better I I got him last Friday and I don’t have a qt tank is it ich I’m trying to a good photo of it but he keeps swimming

I had to turn on the whitest lights so you could see it
