Potential hitchhiker shrimp?

Looking for help IDing this shrimp like creature. I spotted an additional white antenna in the back of my tank that wasn't my cleaner shrimp. After investigating it seems to have a translucent body with several white antenna on the front with a red rounded like shrimp tail. See photos attached. Is this something to worry about? Thanks

It looks like a molt from a shrimp. My peppermint shrimp molts look like that

That’s a shrimp molt… they shed as they grow
