Ok here he is, what do you guys think? I noticed bumps all over it today and his fins have white spots. It is still acting and eating normally.

You did that treatment in the tank? I was thinking I'd put it in qt but maybe killing all the ick in my tank is a better idea

There are NO medications that are reef safe AND effective against ich. Anything that kills ich WILL kill most everything in your tank. The only effective wya to rid your tank of ich is to remove ALL fish and treat them with copper, CP, or (if done properly) TTM. You must also leave your system without fish for a minimum of 72 days.

The other option is to manage ich in your system. Keep params stable, feed well with the best foods you can, and keep the system as stress free as possible. You will still have outbreaks, but most fish will be able to fight it off if healthy and stress free.

I’m not sure that is ich. But I am also looking on my phone and the pictures do not enlarge very well (something about the new R2R website). Did you treat with copper?
I believe there have been reports of tangs getting bumps like this when treated with copper. I am going to try and find the thread I read and will link it when/if I find it.

In the meantime, maybe @4FordFamily or @Brew12 can help.
