    Hello,

I purchased a 48” 8 bulb power module approximately one year ago. I’ve heard rumor that the LED clusters and the power box will be upgradeable with the release of the new power modules. Is this true? And, if so, how would it be gone about?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Hello Mark! If you have an SST2 version LED powermodule they are compatible with the WiFi edition components. If you post a photo of the sticker on the inside leg of your power supply control box I can confirm the version of your light. The sticker looks like this:

I can’t snap a picture due to the way it is mounted, but it reads 240 SST 4.

Nutter that will be compatible with the Wifi components. If you wish to purchase a WiFi controller please email us at our customercare@ domain name (atinorthamerica.com) so we can write up the order. WiFi control boxes are $342.95 + shipping.

I’m also interested in the wifi controller and my model is 320SST. Is this compatible amd does the controller control the T5 bulbs?

Ok cool. I noticed there are also improvements to the LED panels to help prevent hot spots. Is it possible to upgrade those as well?

I am sorry Ezeke, this model is not compatible with the Wifi controller.

This may be available in the future we do not currently have them available for sale. If/When they become available they will be $153.95 + freight.

I would also like to know if my light is compatible with the WiFi upgrade. I couldn’t find a sticker on the legs because I don’t have legs on my light. Is there a serial number somewhere i missed?
    This is the 48 inch t5/led 4x54w t5 bulbs and 3x75w fixture I have:

There is no way to tell except the stickers, but its the legs of the controller/power supply not the light itself. See the example further up in the thread.

I’ve attached some photos. There is no legs and no sticker anywhere on my power supply or light. Can you give some assistance please?
    Thanks in advance

I am betting that is a very old fixture and would not be compatible, I've never even seen LED fans look like that. Did you buy it new in USA? It very well maybe from outside North America which would explain the different look.

Does the LED cluster have 20 reflectors in each cluster? If not how many? Could you send a photo of the LED cluster with the light off?
