Hello folks!

I was just wondering if my placement of my 2 power heads are appropriate for my 55g.

One is on the front side of the rock, other is in the back.

The one the left front side is set to wave mode. There is great water agitation on top.

The back right one is on a a surge setting with 2 second intervals.

I also alternate the power between high flow to medium flow between each of them.

Each is rated for 1050 gph.

I just want to ensure placement and flow is adequate enough.

Thank you.

If you plan on adding coral, I would add a gyre unit to the back wall

I do plan on coral. So a gyre on a back wall? I know when I feed because I do not turn them off at all, the food does circulate all the way around pretty quickly. Also I'm asumming my other power head on the right would be better higher up then? It currently points straight. The left one is slightly up. I was worried only because my aquascape is pretty low so. Why it's where it's at.
