Prazipro and UV

Quick question-

Did my first dose of Prazipro and forgot to turn off the UV but still completed the water change like planned. Is that dose completely ineffective? If so can I dose back to back and just do a third dose on the 7th day? I found only one answer and it wasn’t clear

I would follow the directions on the bottle and restart. Don’t dose back to back, as it says not to do that on the bottle. Look out for the drop in oxygen too
