The CO2 check valve on my Ca rector keep filling up with particulates and eventually clogs closed. I’m using cheap plastics disposable ones and just throwing them away when they clog. Is there either a way to keep this from happening or a good check valve that doesn’t do this?

My reactor is a Geo 624 and the gas line is vertical.

Brass one? Is that reef safe? I’ve had glass ones in the past that didn’t have an issue, but I broke it.
