Please can you help me out?
I'm a newbie to this hobby, I have Redsea 250 litres reefer tank with 2 16HD lights.

Please can you tell me the best settings for colours to get the correct PAR level without killing my sea anemones and mushroom coral.

Current settings UV, VIOLET, BLUES AT 60% , red, green at 0 and clear white at 20%

Is this correct for growing corals or anemones?

I would raise your blues to at least 80% and the UV and violet to at least 100% or more.
The prime 16HD only has 1 UV LED and 1 violet LED.
I use BRSs AB+ spectrum on mine which is:
UV 119%
violet 116%
both blues 80%
red and green 4%
white 19%

this is for a 12" cube----this melts the UV and violet lens after about 6 months--AI will send you new ones.

When your on the app screen that shows your schedule(the graph) you can use 2 fingers on the screen to raise all channels at the same time to keep the AB+ spectrum(for a deeper tank).

Not to be the Mandarin police but since you're new to the hobby and may not know. They will almost exclusively eat copepods. Your tank looks pretty new is the only reason I'm saying this. If it's a captive bred Mandarin you might be able to get it to eat frozen etc..Look into dosing pods into your tank on a regular basis. Good luck and this board is a great place for info!

I put in live pods in 500g...looking into breeding them in the future pods I mean.

I have 2 clowns but they stay in the top right hand corner of tank for last 2 weeks and won't go near the 2 anemones.

Okay, I'm new to this hobby...thanks for your advice
There's a whole thread dedicated to this very thing. just go through and look through the replies. see if they have your exact tank (or close to it height wise) and light. They'll have the par listed for you. it's what I used to decide my light.
