Protien skimmer won’t stop overflowing no matter what I do

Hi hello so I have a 130 and I got a bubble magnus curve 5 and I have had it for 3 days and it won’t stop overflowing no matter what I do and it creating a ton of micro bubbles had my tank now for 4 weeks so it essentially coming out of cycling but still doesn’t explain why it’s happening I got the curve 5 used but essentially brand new off marketplace. Please help I have no clue what to do or why it doing that.

Raise the whole unit so it sits in shallower water. Lower the internal water level.
Restrict the air intake as there is probably not much for it to pull out of a new build. It will settle down going forward.

Yeah. It'll calm down. So don't despair. The last skimmer I had took about 45 days to dial in. But it was an E.T S.S. Those were renound for their excessive dial in time.
