Put me at ease... is this a bristle worm?

Out at 4pm when the tank lights are in full daylight mode. The fish had just been fed which is why I think it popped out to say hello. There's about an inch poking out of the rock.

Please tell me everything will be okay

Yeah, it's looks like one. Can be benefical, because its eats a lot of detritus, but you can get a trap to remove them, if you dont like how it looks.

No issue with that guy, unless you don't like how ugly they are. Just be mindful where you're putting your fingers

Thanks all. I don't like how it looks but... it does a job I need doing as I'm deliberately feeding a little heavy to keep my nitrates and phosphates from bottoming out.
