@Jay Hemdal @ReefSquad

They will hopefully help - Everyone will ask - what are your parameters, what other fish - and how are they doing (possible bullying) - how long was he in QT - did you measure copper levels pretty well? Hope this helps a little

His color looks okay in video, but that picture looks bad.
I have had a sick Pyrimid. He got through it.
Flukes is common for them. But you've had him awhile. How long has the heavy breathing and not eating been going on?

Started last night, he use to eat a lot ever since I got him. Nothing last night, this morning or tonight.

I feed Mysis shrimp, Spranila Brine Shrimp and then I cycle through a few other frozen foods at night.

In the morning I give flake and pellets and sometimes a mysis cube.

I add garlic 2/3 times a week as well as Selcon.

Also tonight I mixed kanaplex and focus into t his food (he didn’t eat it.) Only because the spots on his side from what I read might be fungal.... but I’m not sure at this point.

Did you look in the dip container after the dip? Neobenedenia is very common in this species, and it shows up around the 6 week mark quite often. You can see it in the dip, looks like scales that have fallen off the fish. GC won't cure it...

He passed last night, he lasted about 3minutes and 50 seconds in the dip before his breathing slowed and and started sideways. I evacuated the dip and moved to QT. I think I just caught it late should have taken action the night I saw the heavy breathing.

During the dip only a few thinks fell off, they looked more clear than flukes.
