I think I have some pyramid snails riding on some snails in my nano. Correct? I do not have any clams, should I mess with removing them ?

See picture (don’t mind that glass, I haven’t scraped in 2 weeks)

The Astraea snails (only 2) have been in there over a year and just noticed the little pyramids last week or so…

I did remove snail and brushed them off. I think I’ve gotten more hitchhikers from snails then anything else!! I do have a Clam so I’m kinda worried.

The clam is attached to a cradle. Not sure how I would check the foot for snails.

Snail killer-clam killer- Invert killer- Pick them one by one and discard
They are parasitic snails that usually infest clams and starfish. Though they grow only a few millimeters in length, they have a much longer proboscis that can pierce the shell of their host. They love flesh and multiply quickly
