QT issue

Hello all..
Need a bit of help here .. I have kept 2 clowns firefish and sapphire damsel in QT tank for 7 weeks and was to put them in DT this week and everything was going great till today ..damsel and firefish stop eating all of the sudden and sitting in the bottom of the tank ..clowns still doing well and eating . Been using stress guard and garlic guard all along and there is no visible spots or changes on them .
QT IS 20 gal
Salinity 1.025
Temp 80 F
Ammonia 0.2
Nitrite 0.0
Nitrate 12.00
Have no clue what happen overnight to those 2 ..7 weeks they did perfect

Nitrate and temperature a little high and may be an oxygen issue
Discontinue dress guard which does not do much and increase oxygen via air stone

What have you treated the fish with during the 7 weeks? If they haven't been treated with copper, you may have a protozoan disease cropping up. Are the affected fish breathing hard/fast? Can you post a short video?
